Renting Places offers a comprehensive, reliable property management service.

Our full management service includes:

• Reading meters and settling any final utility accounts
• An initial management visit one month after the tenancy commences, and quarterly thereafter
• A written report after each visit to let you know the condition of the property
• Appliance breakdown or maintenance coverage

If you want us to carry out additional visits, we will be pleased to do so. Visits only identify visible or clear problems at the property and do not include checking the inventory and/or schedule of condition.

We have a wide range of contractors who work for us – if you have a preferred contractor you wish us to use, however, we will be pleased to oblige.

In an emergency, we reserve the right to carry out required repairs, even if the costs exceed the agreed limits, without further reference to you. The cost of repairs is normally deducted from rental income.
